Better known as Kochi Dowel, Osvaldo Restrepo is a Graphic designer, Art Director, Creative and Musician born and raised in Panama City, Central America. With 24 years old, Kochi Dowel had the pleasure of having worked in prestigious advertising agencies like Y&R Brands, McCann Erickson, the Ad Company and la Union Publicitaria.
